Jumble Drive

During the pandemic, I came up with Jumble Drive as a way to get out of the house while the world was locked down. The idea is you get in your car and start driving according to the direction on screen, waiting to see where Jumble Drive takes you. When you reach an intersection, follow the direction on screen. For instance if you come to a stop sign and the direction is "Left, else Right", you turn left if it is available. If a left turn is not possible at that intersection, turn right instead. If neither are possible, the only other option is to continue straight. After completing the action, click "Next Direction" to get ready for the next intersection.

I was hoping that Jumble Drive would give the player a sort of Forrest Gump moment, where they just decide to get up and go one day, eventually finding themself in the middle of nowhere. What actually happened the few times I played Jumble Drive was that I just ended up going in circles throughout the next neighborhood over. Did Jumble Drive take me very far? No. Did it get me out of the hosue during the pandemic? Yes.

Click "Next Direction" to get started.
